From the editor:

In an effort to improve your reading experience, The West Virginia Record is asking for your input. With the help of a group of graduate students from Northwestern University, The Record has put together a 10-question survey (found below) designed to extract information about your reading habits. In turn we hope to be able to respond to your feedback, tweaking our product as needed.

As avid readers know, we publish an online newspaper and a print version -– both which are available for free. That will not change. We also offer readers annual subscriptions available through the mail at reasonable rates. Those rates will not change.

At The Record, we frequently get phone calls from readers who are unable to find a copy of the print edition. We can assure you the problem is being addressed. At the present time, we service more than 150 across the state, and we will examine how we can better serve the community by making the newspaper more readily available.
