HUNTINGTON -- Farrell, Farrell & Farrell PLLC is pleased to announce that David A. Stackpole and Megan E. Farrell have joined its staff.
Before joining the firm, Stackpole attended West Liberty State College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pre-Law in 1995. He continued his education at Methodist Theological School in Ohio, where he earned a Masters of Divinity Degree in 1999.
He served as a United Methodist Pastor for various churches throughout Ohio and West Virginia for 15 years. Although Stackpole is still an ordained elder in the West Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church, his passion for the law led him to the West Virginia University College of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctorate Degree in 2009.
He was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in October. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. He is available to accept litigation assignments in West Virginia. His practice is focused in medical malpractice defense, products liability, and appellate advocacy.
Before joining the firm, Megan Farrell worked her way up in the family business by working as a paralegal at the firm for eight years prior to attending law school. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Marshall University in 2005 and her Juris Doctorate degree in 2009 from the West Virginia University College of Law.
She is admitted to the West Virginia State Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Megan is a member of the West Virginia State Bar.
Megan Farrell is available for representation in West Virginia. Her practice is focused in medical malpractice defense, product liability, and environmental litigation.
