Weber
CHARLESTON -- Kay Casto & Chaney has announced that member attorney Constance H. Weber was named to the board of directors of the Gabriel Project of West Virginia Inc. (www.gabrielwv.org).
Weber received her bachelor's degree in 1992 from Queens College in Charlotte, N.C., and in 1996 her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. She is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and serves as chairwoman of the Employment Law Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce Human Resources Committee and a regular contributor to the West Virginia Chamber's HR Journal.
She is a board member of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and serves on its Employment Law Committee and is a member the Defense Research Institute. Weber is a member of the John A. Field Jr. American Inn of Court.
Among Weber's achievements include being listed in the 2009 West Virginia Super Lawyers for Employment and Labor and being among those recognized by the 2007 Chambers USA -- The Clients Guide of American's Leading Lawyers for Business.
Weber recently received the 2009 Generation Next: 40 Under 40 award from The State Journal. Locally, Weber serves on the Commission for the Metro Valley Chapter of The Gabriel Project of West Virginia Inc. and as a board member for Kanawha-Charleston Soccer Foundation Inc.
