Gov. Joe Manchin recently helped kick off the 2010 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway by purchasing the first two raffle tickets of the year. The dream home is located in the Eagle View subdivision in Charleston, and profits from the giveaway are donated to help the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
