Gov. Joe Manchin speaks about Kanawha Circuit Judge Carrie Webster, right.
About 200 people attended the July 15 fundraiser.
Kanawha Circuit Judge Carrie Webster's campaign had a fundraiser July 14 at the Power Alley Grill in Charleston. Webster, who is running against Republican Dan Greear for the seat in the fall, said she was "excited and humbled" by the crowd of her supporters who attended.
Campaign officials estimated about 200 people attended the event. Those included Gov. Joe Manchin, state Democratic Party chairman Nick Casey as well as other judges, delegates and Kanawha County commissioners.
