CHARLESTON -- On Feb. 1, state Senate Judiciary Chairman Corey Palumbo and House of Delegates Judiciary Chairman Tim Miley spoke at the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce's legislative breakfast meeting at the Marriott in Charleston.
Each year, the state Chamber has a series of breakfast meeting to talk about different legislative issues. The Feb. 1 topic was civil justice reform. It was sponsored by Dinsmore & Shohl.
