New Members
Mario Bordogna represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law in state and federal courts.
Bordogna concentrates his practice in the areas of employment litigation, employment discrimination, workers' compensation, employment counseling, and labor–management relations.
Leslie Miller-Stover concentrates her practice in the areas of energy law, commercial transactions, real estate, and bankruptcy debtor/creditor relations. She has handled matters involving mineral acquisitions, including mining operation acquisitions from bankruptcy debtors, drafting joint operating and other related agreements in acquiring drilling and production rights, coordinating and performing due diligence, title defect curative work, mineral title examinations, and lease negotiations.
Miller-Stover's practice also covers commercial title examinations, the preparation of commercial title opinions and title insurance policies, acquisitions, financing, commercial loan closings, and commercial leasing.
Ryan J. Morgan concentrates his practice in the areas of energy, coal, oil, and gas.
Monte Williams is a litigator with experience defending civil rights, contract, medical malpractice, first and third party bad faith, personal injury, products liability, and premises liability cases. He has tried cases for both corporate and individual clients.
Williams is a former West Virginia State Trooper. He also is a member of the firm's Diversity Committee.

Marsha Hudkins concentrates her practice in energy and mineral law, and commercial and real estate transactions.
Davin Seamon concentrates his practice primarily in real estate transactions, mineral law, commercial transactions, business formation and governance, and intellectual property.
Seamon works in many aspects of real estate law, including title insurance, mineral ownership and development, commercial real estate closings, complex multi-tract transactions, and commercial leasing. His experience runs the gamut from assisting single families in purchasing their first home to helping large developers acquire thousands of acres comprised of hundreds of individual parcels, and from helping local businesses sell their assets to assisting large publishing clients in acquiring additional mastheads and other assets.
Seamon is a professional pianist and keyboardist. He has played on numerous studio recordings and is currently performing live with A Rare Blend, a jazz trio based in Harrison County.
