The defendant allegedly failed to perform the horse training and services as required under contract. According to the complaint, as a result of the defendant's breach of contract, the plaintiff suffered damages due to the reduction in value of its horses, in an amount in excess of $100,000. The plaintiff demands judgment of $465,154.50 for services paid and not rendered, $100,000 for the diminution in value to its horses and $100,000 in lost earnings, interest, costs, attorneys' fees and other such amounts deemed just.
