Lightner
CHARLESTON -- Kirk Lightner has joined the law firm of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe as an associate and will be working out of its Charleston office in the litigation department.
Lightner has experience in representing defendants in auto accident cases, premises liability claims, deliberate intent claims, and slip, trip, and fall claims.
He obtained his undergraduate degree in Journalism from Marshall University in 2000. After two years in the workforce, Kirk moved to Michigan to pursue his legal education at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He finished his course work in two and a half years and then returned to his native Huntington to complete his externship in the spring of 2005.
Lightner will devote his entire practice to insurance defense litigation.
He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Kanawha County Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court. He is licensed to practice in all courts in West Virginia, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
