HUNTINGTON -- Erik W. Legg of the law firm Farrell, Farrell & Farrell has been inducted as a Member to the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).
The IADC is an invitation-only professional association for corporate and insurance defense lawyers around the world since 1920. Its activities benefit the approximately 2,500 invitation-only, peer-reviewed members and their clients as well as the civil justice system and the legal profession. IADC members are dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism and service and upholding the rule of law and integrity of the court system.
Legg is a member of the complex litigation team with primary responsibility for pharmaceutical and medical products liability, medical professional malpractice, workplace exposure and injury litigation, and employment discrimination and wrongful discharge claims. In that capacity, he has managed more than one hundred drug product liability cases.
