CHARLESTON -- The State Law Library will present a free workshop on Relatives as Parents at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 28.
Laura Lou Harbert, Family Liaison from Mission West Virginia, will explain the Relatives as Parents Assistance Program and discuss the resources and services available to those raising children of relatives.
The one-hour session will be held in the State Law Library, in Room E-404 in the East Wing of the Capitol. Free metered parking is available on California Avenue and in the surface lots near the Culture Center.
