CHARLESTON -- The management team of the law firm Spilman Thomas & Battle has announced that seven associate attorneys passed the July 2010 West Virginia bar exam.

Noteworthy is the fact that all of the Spilman candidates who took the exam passed. This distinguished group includes the following: Megan E. Arrington, Aron A. Berry, Carrie J. Cecil, Keith D. Fisher, Brienne T. Greiner, Carrie M. Harris and Dennis J. McGlaughin II.

"We are extremely pleased, but not surprised, that all of our associates who sat for the July bar exam passed it," noted David P. Ferretti, member in charge of attorney development. "We select the best and brightest talent available each year among law school graduates," Ferretti continued. "Upon entering our firm, they receive strong guidance and careful mentoring, as part of our associate development program. This recent result is a tribute to the abilities of these fine young attorneys, as well as the management and development processes at Spilman."
