PERSONNEL FILE: Five new associates join Steptoe & Johnson

CLARKSBURG -- Steptoe & Johnson is pleased to welcome five new attorneys concentrating their practices in the areas of litigation, labor and employment, business, energy and environmental law.

"We are excited to welcome these new attorneys to the firm," firm CEO Susan S. Brewer said. "We believe their addition will provide exceptional capability to help our clients navigate through their unique challenges."

C. Haley Cook joins the firm's Charleston office focusing her practice in the area of litigation. Cook received her legal education from West Virginia University, where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team as well as a recipient of the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barrister. Cook received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude in Political Science and Psychology from West Virginia University.

K. Jason Lucas joins the firm's Wheeling office and focuses his practice in the area of energy law. Lucas received his legal education from The Ohio State University. He also graduated from The Ohio State University with an undergraduate degree in American History. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Oil and Gas Association, the Belmont County Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association. Lucas was a former associate for Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser and Altmeyer, PLLC.

Diana S. Prulhiere joins the firm's Charleston office focusing her practice in the area of environmental law. Prulhiere received her legal education from the University of Pittsburgh, and served as Articles Editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law. She received her undergraduate education from the University of Mount Union.

Adam B. Tomlinson joins the firm's Charleston office and focuses his practice in the area of litigation. Tomlinson received his legal education from West Virginia University, where he served as Associate Editor and Senior Managing Editor of the West Virginia Law Review. He is a recipient of the Order of the Coif and the Patrick Duffy Koontz Award. Tomlinson received his undergraduate education magna cum laude from American University.

Allison B. Williams joins the firm's Clarksburg-Bridgeport office, where she will focus her practice in the area of labor and employment law. Williams received her legal education from West Virginia University where she was the recipient of the CALI Award in Pre-trial Litigation. She received her undergraduate degree in Policy Studies and Management from Dickinson College.
