PERSONNEL FILE: Three join Dinsmore & Shohl's W.Va. offices

CHARLESTON -- Dinsmore & Shohl has announced that Jennifer Hicks, Katherine MacCorkle Mullins and Bethany Swaton have joined the firm as associates. Both Hicks and Mullins will practice out of the firm's Charleston office while Swaton joins the firm's Wheeling office.

Hicks is a member of the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on environmental law. Hicks earned her J.D. and B.A. from West Virginia University.

MacCorkle Mullins is a member of the Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on estate administration and estate planning. Mullins earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and her M.B.A. and B.A. from Marshall University.

Swaton is a member of the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on insurance litigation and sports and entertainment law. Swaton previously worked as a law clerk for the Pittsburgh Pirates and as a summer associate at CBS Broadcasting, Inc. She earned her J.D. and B.S. from West Virginia University.
