HUNTINGTON -- Huddleston Bolen, the State Journal, and SCORE will hold a special Business4Breakfast event on Nov. 16.
The seminar, titled, "What the New Credit Laws Mean for Your Business" will be held in Huntington at the Marshall University Foundation Hall, from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The seminar will examine the consumer credit protection provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ("Dodd-Frank") and the impact on retailers, banks, and other creditors. Specific topics to be covered include consumer protections, credit and debit card payment changes, predatory lending rules and the changing regulatory landscape.
Business4Breakfast seminars are free, open to the business community. This special event will include a free lunch for all attendees. Huddleston Bolen will also provide a limited number of free tickets to that evening's Doobie Brothers concert, presented by the Marshall Artists Series.

Baker represents Ohio and West Virginia clients in areas including: real estate, bankruptcy, commercial, tax, and corporate matters. Baker serves on the Board of Directors of the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce and is a Coordinator for the Lawrence County Young Professionals. Earlier this year, he was recognized by the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce as the Young Professional of the Year.
