PERSONNEL FILE: Hodges joins Nelson Mullins in Huntington.

HUNTINGTON -– Jeremy C. Hodges has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as an associate in its Huntington office.

Hodges focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on product liability claims involving pharmaceutical and medical devices, as well as complex commercial litigation.

Hodges has handled numerous drug and medical device cases in various state and federal courts, involving prescription drugs, including antidepressants and hormonal agents and over the counter medications. He has also handled cases involving orthopedic implants, penile implants, walkers, battery powered wheelchairs, and hospital beds. He has also handled cases alleging predatory lending and consumer credit statutory violations. He has tried two cases in state court in West Virginia since the opening of Nelson Mullins' office in Huntington, with both cases resulting in defense verdicts.

Hodges is admitted in both South Carolina and West Virginia.
