PERSONNEL FILE: Best Lawyers recognizes 2 Huddleston Bolen attorneys

HUNTINGTON -- The nationally regarded publication Best Lawyers has announced that Huddleston Bolen partners Tom Murray and Chris Plybon have been named Best Lawyers' 2011 Lawyers of the Year.

Murray was named Best Lawyers' Banking Lawyer of the Year for Charleston. Plybon was named Best Lawyers' Real Estate Lawyer of the Year for Charleston.

They are very knowledgeable and experienced attorneys and provide incredibly valuable service to our clients across West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio," said Tom Gilpin, Chair of the firm's management committee. A partner in the firm, Murray he has built a substantial practice in the areas of banking and securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. In addition to this honor, Murray has been named in The Best Lawyers in America for his work in banking law (since 1995), and for corporate law and securities law. He is also listed in Chambers USA Guide to America's Leading Business Lawyers and in the publication West Virginia Super Lawyers.

Plybon's practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, commercial transactions, banking and bankruptcy. A partner in the firm, Plybon has represented public and private entities in economic development projects throughout the tri-state area. He has also worked extensively to help clients establish efficient, affordable programs for addressing bankruptcy and collection problems. In addition to this honor, Plybon has been recognized by West Virginia Super Lawyers and in the publication Chambers USA Guide to America's Leading Business Lawyers for his work in corporate and commercial law.
