Huddleston Bolen, HIMG to host event on estate planning and living wills

HUNTINGTON -- Huddleston Bolen and HIMG will host an event on estate planning and living wills from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 6.

The event will be held at the HIMG Medical Center, 5170 U.S. 60 East, Huntington. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.

Bruce Stout, a partner at Huddleston Bolen who heads the firm's trust and estate practice, will speak and answer questions about estate planning. Mr. Stout is the author of the book, "Estate Planning in West Virginia: Real Answers to Real Questions."

Bessie Keeney, from HIMG, will also be available to talk about living wills and help guests complete a living will. A living will is a legal document that people use to make known his or her preferences regarding life prolonging medical treatments in the event that the individual is incapable of making a decision due to illness or incapacity.
