* The Mason County woman was employed by the defendant. On Oct. 13, 2009, she suffered a serious injury to her right leg and ankle and had to have surgery the following day, according to the suit. Peck claims after returning to work, the defendant permitted her to arrive at and leave work as required by her disability, but on March 8, terminated that employment because she "had missed too much work." Peck is seeking compensatory and punitive damages and to be reinstated to her employment.

* In February 2009, a water leak developed in a water line owed, operated and maintained by the defendants in front of the plaintiff's home. They claim they repeatedly requested the defendants to remedy the leak, but those efforts were unsuccessful for many months. The Beans claim their property was damaged, including excessive saturation, water intrusion into the garage, damage to the lawn and saturation of the ground to the side and behind the home. They are seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

* On Dec. 1, 2008, waste water periodically leaked from a drain line into the plaintiff's stockroom. Elco was retained to fix the problem. The Elco employee was unable to retrieve the part to fix the problem until the following day, and as an alternative, adhered packaging tape to the line as a temporary fix, according to the suit. Later that day, the leaking pipe burst and spilled waste water into the plaintiff's stockroom. The plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

He is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
