CHARLESTON - A Charleston man is suing Big Sandy Furniture after he claims he was attacked by an employee. Kevin Gaten was also named as a defendant in the suit. On Aug. 6, 2014, Kenneth Ray Mullins was physically attacked and brutally beat by Gaten, who was an employee at Big Sandy, according to a complaint filed June 22 in Kanawha Circuit Court.
