SCORE, SBA start new business seminar series

SOUTH CHARLESTON -- SCORE and SBA are bringing the groundbreaking work of Richard E. Hall to West Virginia with his four-part new business seminar series "Planning Effectively" starting Jan. 15 at the South Charleston Library.

The series will continue Jan. 22, Jan. 29, and Feb. 5. Each session is scheduled from 2 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Hall was a senior executive with a major telecommunication company and an international technology consulting company with responsibilities for business planning, project planning, business modeling and methodology development. He has written business books on starting businesses, strategic planning and business model design methodologies, including his latest The Good Idea and Good Resources Business Plan Workbook.
