Huddleston Bolen announces 2011 Business4Breakfast seminar schedule

HUNTINGTON -- Huddleston Bolen has announced the 2011 schedule for the popular Business4Breakfast seminar series.

The 2011 season will include 20 seminars on topics that touch virtually every field of business, including advertising, sales and marketing, human resources and employee relations, technology, starting a business, and accounting. Events will be held in Charleston and Huntington, West Virginia, Lawrence County, Ohio, and Ashland, Ky.

Business4Breakfast seminars are designed to help professionals understand and navigate the breadth of opportunities and challenges in today's business world. They are free and open to the public. A free continental breakfast is also provided. The seminars present topics on a variety of areas of interest to business people, including sales and marketing, advertising, HR, maximizing investments in technology, and improving cash flow.

The 2011 seminar series kicks off in Proctorville, Ohio with a presentation by Doug Korstanje, Director of Marketing at St. Mary's Medical Center. Mr. Korstanje will present on, "How to Market Like a Pro." The seminar will be held 7:45 – 8:45 am, Tuesday, January 18th, at the Ohio University campus in Proctorville. Business4Breakfast seminars in Lawrence County are presented by Huddleston Bolen and the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.

On Wednesday, January 19th, Paul Irwin, Vice President of Technology and Business Development at Strictly Business Computer Systems will speak on "Ways to Reduce Your IT Costs and Headaches." The seminar will be held 7:45 – 8:45 am at Huddleston Bolen's Huntington office, 611 Third Avenue. Huntington seminars are presented by Huddleston Bolen, The State Journal, and SCORE.

The Business4Breakfast series moves to Ashland, Kentucky on February 9th, when David Beam, President of ActionCoach will present on "Providing Outstanding Customer Service." The Ashland seminars are held 8:00 – 9:00 am in the Board Room at Community Trust Bank's downtown office. The seminars are co-sponsored by Huddleston Bolen, Community Trust Bank, and the Ashland Alliance.

At the first Charleston seminar of 2011 Ashley French, an employment lawyer at Huddleston Bolen, will speak on "Starting the Year off Right: Employment Policies You Need to Review NOW!" The seminars in Charleston are presented by Huddleston Bolen LLP, The State Journal, SCORE, and the US Small Business Administration. The first Charleston seminar is scheduled for 7:45 – 8:45 am, Friday, February 25th. The seminars are held in Huddleston Bolen's Charleston office, 13th Floor of Chase Tower, 707 Virginia Street East.

Business4Breakfast seminars are free, open to the business community, and include a free breakfast.
