* Defendant Turkley was removing linens from a Taylor Linen Company bag. She reached her hand in a bag and was stuck with a hypodermic needle. This failure to properly follow protocol in disposing of said biohazard material is claimed for her resulting bodily injury. A jury trial is demanded on all issues.
