For more than 10 years, Clark has focused his practice on business organizations and commercial transactions. As Senior Counsel at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, Clark will continue to represent clients across a number of industries including Health Care, Oil and Gas, Banking, Government Relations and Non-Profits.
Clark received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997.
