Yianne
CHARLESTON -– Mannion & Gray welcomes new partner Tim J. Yianne to the firm.
A graduate of West Virginia University and the West Virginia University College of Law, Yianne began his career as a law clerk for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Huntington. He then began his civil practice which has focused on representing corporations, insurance companies, and individuals in litigation.
His litigation experience includes cases involving workplace injury, consumer law, and toxic torts.
In addition to trying multiple cases throughout West Virginia, Tim Yianne has represented clients on appellate issues before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
In 2010, at the age of 35, Yianne was a recipient of the Generation Next 40 Under 40 Award. The award is given to individuals in West Virginia under 40 years old who are making their mark as professionals and executives in business, government and volunteer service.
He also currently serves as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House for Southern West Virginia.
