* On May 25, 2009, Robert Harold Adkins was admitted to the mental health unit at St. Mary's Medical Center under Fink's care. Robert Harold Adkins had previously attempted suicide and suffered from depression, according to the suit. On June 3, 2009, Robert Harold Adkins was left unattended and unmonitored for some length of time and he fashioned a noose out of his bed linens and hanged himself in the bathroom doorway of his room. Traci Adkins claims the defendants breached their duty of care by failing to monitor Robert Harold Adkins. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

Freeman claims Perry choked and assaulted him three different times, tried to push his face into a toilet and put him in a headlock. Freeman is seeking judgment in the amount of $20,000
