CHARLESTON - =— The law firm Spilman Thomas & Battle has announced that Alyesha P. Asghar, an attorney in the firm's Charleston office, has received an American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law Fellowship.
The Section Development Fund Fellowship Program awards three-year fellowships to member attorneys, allowing them to participate in the Annual Section Conference and a Committee Midwinter Meeting.
Asghar is a member of the ABA Young Lawyers Division Labor & Employment Law Committee and is the West Virginia Delegate for the Mid-Year Meeting. She is also the Affiliate Newsletter Team Assistant Editor. Asghar's primary areas of practice are labor and employment law and litigation.
