CHARLESTON -- Flaherty Sensabaugh and Bonasso has welcomed five attorneys to the firm.

Bradford P. Bury is an associate in the firm's Charleston office. Bury will concentrate his civil litigation practice in the areas of workplace liability and deliberate intent law.

Bury received his undergraduate education in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from The University of Cincinnati. Bury then went on to earn both his MBA and JD from The University of Dayton.

Amanda J. Gardner is an associate in the firm's Charleston office. Gardner's practice will emphasize civil litigation in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance defense.

Gardner graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University's Eberly College of Arts and Sciences with a B.A. in Political Science. Gardner then went on to earn her legal education from West Virginia University College of Law.

Eric R. Holway is an associate in the firm's Charleston office. Holway will concentrate his civil litigation practice in the area of medical malpractice.

Holway received his B.A. in Psychology from St. Olaf College and his legal education from The University of Dayton School of Law.

Christopher M. Jones is an associate in the firm's Charleston office. Jones will focus his civil litigation practice in the areas of workplace injury, deliberate intent law and regulatory matters.

Jones graduated from West Virginia University's Eberly College of Arts and Sciences with a B.A. in Political Science and went on to earn his legal education from West Virginia University College of Law.

Kiersan C. Smith is an associate in the firm's Charleston office. Smith's practice will emphasize civil litigation in the area of medical malpractice.

Smith graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University's Eberly College of Arts and Sciences with a B.A. in International Studies with an emphasis in International Security and Diplomacy. Smith then went on to earn her legal education from West Virginia University College of Law.
