CHARLESTON -– Charleston law firm Bailey & Wyant is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly C. Morgan to a member of the firm.
Morgan was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in February 2004 and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Southern District of West Virginia.
Morgan has been an associate at Bailey & Wyant since 2005 and focuses her practice on general and insurance defense litigation in the areas of labor & employment, government liability, product liability, personal injury, deliberate intent, construction, and general negligence. She regularly represents businesses, the State Board of Education, county boards of education and a variety of other state agencies and political subdivisions.

Morgan graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2003 and received her Bachelor's of Science from West Virginia University in Human Resource Management. While obtaining her undergraduate degree Morgan was a member of the "Pride of West Virginia" West Virginia University Marching Band.
She currently resides in Teays Valley with her husband Jamie Morgan and her son Daniel Morgan.
