HUNTINGTON -- Jenna E. Hess has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as an associate attorney in its Huntington office.
Hess focuses her practice on trial and appellate litigation in the areas of class actions and mass torts, healthcare, professional liability, and commercial law.
In 2010, Hess earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She served as both a published associate member and editor of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review. Hess was also a public interest volunteer for the Tenant Information Project.
Hess previously clerked for the Honorable Cheryl A. Eifert of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. During law school, she was also an intern to the Honorable John D. Holschuh of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Hess earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Constitutional Law from Miami University in 2006. She is the 13th West Virginia lawyer to join Nelson Mullins.
