Iskra also serves as chair of Spilman's Labor and Employment Practice Group. He is admitted to practice in West Virginia and before the United States Supreme Court.
A member of the American Bar Association, he serves as administrative chair of the Employee Rights and Responsibilities Committee and co-chair of the Labor & Employment Annual Conference.
