WHEELING -– Steptoe & Johnson is pleased to announce that Phillip T. Glyptis, Of Counsel, has joined the firm's Wheeling office.
Glyptis focuses his practice in the areas of complex litigation, energy litigation and professional liability, including defense of medical professionals and long-term care facilities. Glyptis is admitted to practice in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Glyptis is a graduate of West Virginia University (B.S. and J.D.). He joins Steptoe & Johnson from the law firm of Flaherty, Sensabaugh and Bonasso. He is a member of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation, Defense Research Institute, leads the Medical Substantive Committee for the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and currently serves as the vice chair of the Ohio State Bar Association's Health Care Law Committee. Glyptis is currently a Visiting Committee member of the West Virginia University Department of Industrial & Management Systems Engineering.
