BRIDGEPORT -– Steptoe & Johnson is pleased to announce that Frank R. Lambert has joined the firm as Director of Operations.
A native of Ellenboro, Lambert earned both his bachelor's (B.S.) and master's (M.B.A.) degrees from West Virginia University. Before joining Steptoe & Johnson, he served as Director of Operations and Human Resources for Vandeventer Black LLP in Norfolk, Va. and Executive Director of Rees, Broome & Diaz, P.C. in Tyson's Corner, Va. He is a member of the National Association of Legal Administrators and International Legal Technology Association.

As Director of Operations, Lambert will manage the day-to-day operations of the firm including facilities, leased properties, employee safety, business continuity, space planning and firm records. He will be based in the firm's Bridgeport office.
