Business4Breakfast seminar on 'Reasonable Accommodation' set for April 27

CHARLESTON -- Huddleston Bolen announced the details of the upcoming Business4Breakfast seminar to be held April 27 in Charleston.

The topic of the seminar is "What is Reasonable Accommodation?" It will be held from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. at Huddleston Bolen's Charleston office, located on the 13th floor of Chase Tower, 707 Virginia St. East.

Kevin Nelson, an employment lawyer and manager of Huddleston Bolen's Charleston office, will help employers and human resource professionals consider what reasonable accommodations may be necessary in their workplace to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accommodations could include making existing facilities accessible, restructuring jobs, modifying work schedules or allowing part-time schedules, modifying or acquiring equipment, changing tests, training materials, and policies, etc.
