Funk
CHARLESTON -– Dinsmore is pleased to announce that Mary Catherine Funk has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department. She will practice in the firm's Charleston office.
Prior to joining the firm, Funk practiced at the Charleston office of Guthrie and Thomas. Her practice focuses on corporate disputes and employment law. She also draws on her experience as a former educator to counsel clients on all aspects of education law, and she is particularly well-versed in issues relating to disabilities education. Funk earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and her B.A. in English from Roanoke College.
