CHARLESTON -- Managing member Charles R. "Chuck" Bailey has been listed as a notable practitioner in litigation by his peers in the 2012 edition of the reputable legal industry publication Chambers and Partners.
Bailey was recognized for his hard-working attitude as well as his extensive knowledge and experience in working with government entities. He is also versed in practicing in the areas of labor and employment law, insurance defense, medical malpractice, product liability, aviation and construction claims.
A 1982 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law, Bailey is also a member of the West Virginia Defense Trial Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and is a member of the American Bar Association committees on Litigation and Employment law.
He currently serves as general counsel for the Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority, which operates Yeager Airport in Charleston.
