Correction

In a recent article published in The West Virginia Record, “Man loses fumes case against Wal-Mart,” the Record incorrectly reported that attorneys Marvin W. Masters and Christopher L. Brinkley of The Masters Law firm represented plaintiff Dwight Graley, Sr. in a personal injury case before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Furthermore, the Record incorrectly published a photo of Marvin W. Masters with the story. The plaintiff attorney for this case was in fact Michael L. Myers of Myers & Perfater in Charleston. The West Virginia Record apologizes for the reporting error and regrets any inconvenience or harm it may have caused.
