*The petitioner seeks approval of a $50,000 payout from Nationwide to settle a wrongful death claim the estate made against Nationwide’s client, Amber Kestner, whose car along with a tractor-trailer driven by Charles Cox and owned by Petroleum Marketers, Inc. collided with a vehicle driven by Charlotte Sanders, Tressie Casto’s adult daughter, on Interstate 81 on Sept. 14, 2012, the suit says.
