* James Cleavenger seeks damages against Walls Sanitation for injuries he allegedly sustained while driving a Mack dump truck for garbage pickup. Both were terminated from their jobs and allege they were not paid their wages within the 72-hour period, thus violating the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act. Weaver and Hoskins are also asking for general compensatory damages, attorney fees and costs.
