Tammy's Quality Contractors allegedly failed to pay

LOGAN – A company that provides small business loans and merchant cash advances is suing a Chapmanville trucking firm over allegations that the defendant did not pay for goods, funds or services.

CAN Capital Asset Servicing of New York City filed suit on Jan. 13 in Logan Circuit Court against Tammy’s Quality Contractors Inc. and Tammy Beddow over claims of nonpayment.

The plaintiff alleges that it provided the defendants with goods, funds or services in the amount of $66,569.99, and that the defendant has not paid for the goods, funds or services despite agreeing to do so.

The plaintiff is suing the defendants for the amount of $66,569.99, pre- and post-judgment interest, late charges, statutory attorney fees, collection fees, court costs, and any reward deemed proper by the court. The plaintiff is demanding a jury trial and is represented Clinton W. Smith in Charleston.
