LOGAN — A Mallory company is taking Fools Gold Energy to court over invoices that have allegedly gone unpaid.

White Armature Works Inc. filed a lawsuit on Feb. 5 in Logan Circuit Court against Fools Gold Energy Corp. to seek payments for materials allegedly provided.

The plaintiff alleges that it provided the defendant with materials related to engine motors used in the coal industry from Oct. 31, 2014, to May 2015. Such materials were alleged to have included bearings, seals, insulators, cover caps, armature coils and other items. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant’s total invoice amounted to $73,312.89 and that the plaintiff has yet to receive payment from the defendant, despite several requests.

White Armature Works Inc. is now suing for the $73,312.89 allegedly owed to them, plus pr-ejudgment interest, costs of the suit, attorney fees and any other such relief deemed proper by the court. It is represented by Daniel T. Yon from Bailes, Craig & Yon PLLC in Huntington. The case has been assigned to Judge Eric H. O'Briant.
