LOGAN — A publisher of yellow-pages directories is suing a cleaning company, claiming the defendant didn't pay for thousands of dollars worth of advertising.

Odgen Directories Inc. sued First Class Cleaning Inc. of Chapmanville on Feb. 11 in Logan Circuit Court, claiming the cleaning company owes $11,101.53 in unpaid invoices plus $2,190.74 in interest.

Odgen claims it entered a working relationship with the cleaning company and has not been paid in full plus interest.

Odgen is seeking payment of money allegedly owed, with pre-judgment interest at the rate of 7% per year from the dates of the invoices until the date of the judgment herein, plus the cost of the action, court costs, attorney's fees, and any such relief the Court deems fit. Odgen is represented by Richard J. Mcgervey of Booth & McCarthy in Bridgeport.
