NEW CUMBERLAND – A Charleston hotel alleges that a Weirton organization failed to pay it after hosting a banquet at its location.

Embassy Suites Inc., doing business as Charleston Embassy Suites, filed a complaint July 28 in Hancock Circuit Court against WV All Black Schools, Sports & Academic Hall of Fame LLC alleging failure to pay.
