MOUNDSVILLE – A Marshall County couple is alleged to have failed to pay for work completed on their property by an Ohio company.
Mougianis Enterprises Inc., doing business as Apollo Pro Cleaning and Restoration, filed a complaint Oct. 5 in Marshall Circuit Court against Darrell E. Conner Sr. and Elizabeth A. Conner alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 17, plaintiff completed restoration and remodeling services and mold and mildew treatment to defendants' property.
As a result of defendants' conduct, it alleges it has suffered damages for the unpaid labor and materials in the amount of $27,840.16.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $27,840.16, costs of this action and any further relief that the court may deem just and equitable. It is represented by David F. Cross in Wellsburg. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Jeffrey Cramer.
