HUNTINGTON – A Massachusetts company allege that a Huntington business failed to pay for goods provided.
Camfour filed a complaint Oct. 6 in Cabell Circuit Court against Backwoods Guns and Supplies LLC, trading as Johnny Ray's Backwoods, alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sold and delivered certain goods to the defendant on credit. After all proper credits for payments and/or returned merchandise, as of July 22, 2016, the principal amount of $10,478.91 allegedly remains due and unpaid.
The plaintiff holds Backwoods Guns and Supplies LLC, trading as Johnny Ray's Backwoods, responsible because the defendant allegedly ordered, received and accepted goods from plaintiff without fully paying the same.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for amount of $10,478.91, plus continuing interest from July 22, 2016, costs of this action and all further relief to which it is justly entitled. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating & Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Gregory L. Howard Jr.
