Naylor Monument Co. alleged to owe more than $14,000

CHARLESTON – A Clendenin company is alleged to have failed to pay a Pittsburgh business for goods.

Everlasting Granite Memorial Co., a division of Matthews International, filed a complaint Oct. 6 in Kanawha Circuit Court against Naylor Monument Co. LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it supplied certain goods to defendant on credit. After allowance for all proper credits and/or returned merchandise, the principal amount of $14,820.70 allegedly remains unpaid. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $14,820.70, plus continuing interest from July 31, 2016, costs of this action and any other relief to which it is lawfully entitled. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating & Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
