La Gran Hacienda Mexican Restaurant alleged to owe more than $11,000 for goods

WHEELING – An Ohio County restaurant is alleged to have failed to pay for goods delivered.

US Foods Inc. filed a complaint Oct. 10 in Ohio Circuit Court against E & E Restaurant LLC, doing business as La Gran Hacienda Mexican Restaurant, alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between late 2016 and early 2017, plaintiff sold and delivered various items to defendant on credit. To date, the outstanding balance of $11,968.39 allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $11,968.39, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs and any further relief as the court may deem appropriate. It is represented by Ryan S. Marsteller of Bailes, Craig & Yon PLLC in Huntington. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Ronald E. Wilson.
