BLUEFIELD – A North Carolina corporation alleges a Huntington limited liability company has failed to make payments after purchasing two radio stations in Kentucky.

Positive Alternative Radio Inc. filed a complaint Oct. 10 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia against Expression Production Group LLC, Kevin R. West, Leesa West, Stephanie Scragg and Dale Scragg alleging failure to pay.

The suit states that the individual defendants were guarantors for the debt.

The plaintiff alleges that since December 2014, it has not received any payments from Expression Productions Group.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $149,931.51 as well as the unpaid rent of $20,800, plus interest, attorney’s fees and expenses and all other and further relief as may be proper and just. It is represented by Mark H. Hayes and Leslie Dillon of Robinson & McElwee PLLC in Charleston.
