Highway Safety alleges Stonegate Construction owes more than $20,000

WAYNE – An Ohio corporation alleges that it is owed for materials it delivered to job sites in Wayne County.

Highway Safety Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 23 in the Wayne Circuit Court against Stonegate Construction Inc. alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between 2014 and 2015, plaintiff provided materials and services to defendant on credit. To date, the amount of $24,721.07 remains due and owing, the plaintiff alleges. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for the sum of $24,721.07, plus interest, attorney's fees, court costs and any further relief as the court may deems just and proper. It is represented by Ryan Turner of Bellomy & Turner LC in Huntington. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge James H. Young Jr.
