Grayson man alleges negligence cause of Huntington auto accident

HUNTINGTON – A Grayson man is seeking damages from a Huntington man over a collision in Huntington.

William T. Perry filed a complaint Nov. 13 in Cabell Circuit Court against Kevin Dewayne Morgan alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 24, he was driving a 2002 Nissan Quest traveling on Adams Avenue in Huntington when the defendant carelessly operated a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and caused it to collide with plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff alleges he sustained severe injuries his neck, head, back and others parts of his body that will require extensive medical care and treatment. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in an amount in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court, plus interest and costs. He is represented by Matthew R. Oliver of Vital & Vital LC in Huntington. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Paul T. Farrell.
